Sermon Series

Jesus came to release us from the cage of comfort and dry religion. He came to restore a relationship with God the Father, transform us into open doors for Heaven, and to teach us how to serve from our true identity in Him. God sends us out as sheep in the midst of wolves to do dangerous things like bring Heaven to Earth.

As Christians, there are some things that should be at the top of our minds. We live in an age where people the world over are deconstructing their faith, which is fine, as long as they reconstruct it in line with what the bible actually teaches.

It is so important to know why we believe what we believe. Hence the name!

The apostle Paul makes the astounding statement in the book of Ephesians that the church is Christ’s greatest means of transforming the world.

Through this series we will explore what this extraordinary historical account means for believers today, including: The Holy Spirit in the life of the church; taking risks; living together in the power of the Spirit; works and wonders; hearing from God; responding to the call of God; miracles then and now.

Based around a character who has lost their song, each week they meet a new character that encourages them and tells them what their own song is about (faith, peace, hope trust). They all go on a quest to help the main character find their own song.

We pray through this series we will rediscover the truth a of whole life worship, not that act of singing songs on a Sunday morning. That we will have hearts open to the whispers of the Holy Spirit, and we would be ready for him to guide, remind, realign, and even surprise us for our greater good and for His greater glory.
